Change can be a scary thing and it’s comforting sometimes to not make any changes and stay safely as we are. As much as we consciously want to lose weight, something in our subconscious is preventing us from making it a reality.

Hypnotherapy for weight loss aims to explore your mind-set and uncover these reasons, allowing you to finally break through barriers that may have been preventing you from losing weight for many years.

Mindful eating is also an effective weight-loss strategy that encourages you to slow down and pay attention to your food, noticing each sip or bite you take.  Learn how you can eat mindfully with me so that you will be able to enjoy your favourite foods in moderation without putting on weight.

Removing certain foods from your diet can make them all the more tempting and if you find yourself restricting the foods you eat, you’re more likely to want to binge when your willpower takes a dip. In my weight loss programme all diet products are banned and there will be no forbidden food. Eat more of what you want, when you want.

I offer a 10 week weight loss programme that uses a combination of hypnotherapy and psychotherapeutic counselling. The programme is tailored to your specific needs and incorporates the following:

  • Looking at your reasons for wanting to lose weight and your personal struggles
  • Considering your triggers to unwanted behaviours
  • Exploring your patterns of behaviour and lifestyle choices
  • Permanently changing the way you think about yourself and food
  • Enabling you to feel confident in yourself and your own abilities
  • Putting you back in control

I can also run this as a weekly workshop for those who would prefer to lose weight in a group of like-minded people.

I offer a free initial consultation in which I can answer any questions you may have about hypnotherapy and how it works.

The sessions can be paid for at a weekly price of £50.00 or paid in full at the start at a discounted rate of £400.00

Each session will be 60 minutes long, you will receive all supporting materials, a recording to use at home and post session email support.
