I am pleased to announce that from Monday 13th July 2020 I will be taking bookings for face to face appointments.
I can assure all my clients that we can safely distance in my room, I have chair covers that will be changed between clients, the room will be deep cleaned before Monday and cleaned after each client. Anti-bac and face visors will also be provided and the window left open. All I ask from my clients is to bring their own tissues and water.

Hi I’m Alison and I can offer an environment in which you can express your feelings and gain a deeper insight into your difficulties. We will focus on your journey, and not follow a plan set by me. I will listen to what matters to you and try to help you to understand your thoughts and feelings better and make sense of the situation you are in.
I offer short term and open ended counselling for most difficulties but really enjoy working with anxiety, stress, depression and low self-esteem.

“From my initial consultation with Alison, she made me feel so at ease, I went with the intention of having hypnotherapy for weightloss but during my 1st couple of consultations I felt myself opening up to her and telling her things about myself no one knew about me and I started having counselling sessions with some hypnotherapy too… to date she has helped me with my anger management problems, my anxiety issues and the counselling for the many other issues I didn’t think I had, but certainly do.
